This individual will work with WW marketing, sales, across divisions of Avid, channel partners, and the web strategy team to optimize new and existing online acquisition programs designed to maximize site traffic and lead conversion.</p>
<p>This role will analyze Avid.com web sites’ key statistics, research and identify relevant keywords and phrases, and effectively track metrics and CTR for Avid’s various worldwide web sites and online programs. Work closely with WW marketing to strategize methods for enhancing CTR, conversion, and ROI on Google AdWords, YSM!, and MSN AdCenter, via analysis of campaigns and A/B testing. Manage SEM marketing budget, along with both internal and external resources, in order to deliver creative and cost-effective search marketing initiatives to drive online brand awareness, sales, and lead generation within time and budget parameters.</p>
<p><strong>Paid Search Program Management</strong></p>

<li>Plan, execute, track and report spending on paid media campaigns</li>

<p>The Search Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the search marketing campaign implementation and for communicating the status/progress both internally and to our clients.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop strong, positive relationships with all client and client agency team members</li>
<li>Fully understand the marketing and search goals of our clients</li>
<li>Assist in establishing the search marketing plan and key metrics</li>
<li>Create and update successful implementation plans</li>
<li>Interact with client, client agencies and internal resources in day-to-day activities (e.g., setting expectations, follow-through, etc.).</li>
<li>Work effectively with organic and paid team by managing their daily tasks, progress and deadlines</li>
<li>Review and if needed, edit deliverables sent to the client</li>
<li>Identify and communicate project scope requirements and issues</li>
<li>Complete monthly status and performance reporting</li>
<li>Manage to budget</li>
<li>Participate in PM process and internal tool improvements</li>
<li>Provide input on annual reviews for project resources</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree required in Marketing, IT or  a related field</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years experience in project management in an internet environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple clients in a deadline driven atmosphere</li>
<li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Excellent writing and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS office tools</li>
<li>Exposure to web analytics tools</li>
</ul>

<li>Translate client’s marketing goals into successful keyphrase and site strategies</li>
<li>Troubleshoot search engine indexability issue</li>
<li>Analyze competitive sites</li>
<li>Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive search engine optimization     recommendations</li>
<li>Write site and search ad copy</li>
<li>Develop linking strategies</li>
<li>Maintain expertise on search engine news and trends</li>
<li>Analyze traffic and/or rankings reports</li>
<li>Mentor junior SEO specialists</li>
<li>Develop expertise within client area of focus</li>
<li>Assist the Account Manager on renewal activities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BA or BS required in Marketing, IT or a related field</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience    </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years experience in Search Engine Optimization</li>
<li>2-4 years writing/editing web pages</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven understanding of HTML</li>
