ADP / BZ Results is seeking a Search Marketing Analyst for its Coventry, RI office.

We are looking for strategic, analytical and hardworking professionals with strong consultative and excellent communication skills to successfully perform search marketing and display advertising campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients.

The Search Analyst will work closely with clients to develop, execute and monitor effective online marketing campaigns. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing campaign strategies, and optimizing results on an ongoing basis to maximize results. The Search Analyst is also responsible for coordinating media campaigns, developing creative ideas and managing complex data complex data across multiple campaigns.

Job Functions:

• Implement and manage online media campaigns and programs for key clients (e.g., pay-per-click search engine marketing, display advertising, and other pay-for-performance marketing).
• Manage client relationship and campaign project management
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Develop and maintain project plans to update clients on status of campaigns
• Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and hold weekly campaign status calls
• Performing in-depth quantitative analyses of marketing campaigns to provide strategic recommendations and implement tactics to help achieve client objectives.
• Work closely with other internal teams to achieve client goals
• Ability to manage client relations including handling difficult client situations to optimal results for both the client and the company
• Develop, coordinate and execute media plans
• Accountable for integrated client results across all relevant products/services and client retention

 Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct experience in search marketing or display advertising, preferably with an agency
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, senior client support or business development).
• Bachelors Degree and five years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on interactive media, paid search, direct marketing, strategy and enterprise analytics, preferably Omniture
• Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
• Automotive marketing or lead generation expertise a plus, but not required
• Experience in media buying and trafficking ads through DoubleClick or similar ad server a plus, but not required
