Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Internet Marketing Specialist to take on many of the daily responsibilities of our Internet marketing efforts. The candidate will get invaluable training from our experienced team and responsibilities in areas such as Pay-Per-Click search marketing (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web property development/maintenance and affiliate marketing.

This position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of our group as you will be given a great deal of responsibility, and the autonomy and freedom to implement and execute your ideas.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

Primarily this job is about having great ideas, gathering and analyzing data and utilizing both to help achieve great results. The person who gets this job will have shown that they are creative in thought, data focused and comfortable giving well supported opinions and feedback. Specific areas of responsibility include:

Pay-Per-Click search marketing:

• Overall account management, including ad copy development, reporting, keyword research and bid management

Search Engine Optimization:

• Link building
• Web property improvement & development

Affiliate marketing:

• Maintain existing and establish new affiliate relationships
• Continue to develop and improve affiliate program

Requirements:

Must show a strong interest in how the Internet is changing the way businesses interact with their audience and vice versa.
Good analytical and data handling skills - High level of comfort with Excel
Good business sense
Assertive attitude, self starter
Organized, able to prioritize and multi task
3+ years of Marketing experience
BA/BS, 4 year degree

Strongly preferred:

1+ year of Internet Marketing experience
SEO - understanding of search engine results and SEO
PPC - familiarity with the main search engines’ paid search interfaces and common PPC metrics
